IHRM believes in the all-round development of its students. Aside from academic activities,it organizes several extra-curricular activities throughout a given academic session. These activities gives students a forum to exhibit their talents and therefore, also the confidence to perform fearlessly.

IHRM encourages its students to percipate in events organize in other institutes, as well as invites students from other institutes to perticipate in events organized by IHRM.
